Unit rules: This is a 420 friendly vacation rental in Miami, Florida. Cannabis consumption is welcome outside only, in the home's outdoor areas. Never inside the house. Please keep quiet hours, respect the neighbors, and follow Florida law. Welcome to Villa Modern, a stunning 4-bedroom Miami villa built for groups who want it all. This professionally designed 5-star home sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms and everything in it is brand new. Days revolve around the private pool lounge, and the nights come with options: a private movie theater, a massage room, a pool table, a firepit, and a BBQ for cookouts under the Florida sky. The oversized chef's kitchen and dining area make group meals easy, and the kids get their own playground. Inside you'll find 2 full bathrooms plus a convenient outdoor bathroom by the pool. The location puts the best of South Florida within easy reach: about 10 minutes to Hollywood beach and its restaurants, 15 minutes to the Fort Lauderdale airport, and 13 minutes to Hard Rock Stadium. Bedroom layout: master bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom, bedroom 2 with 2 queen beds, bedroom 3 with triple bunk beds, bedroom 4 with 2 queen beds. Guest Requirements: All guests must submit valid IDs before arrival (no check-in otherwise). Check-in: 4:00 PM Eastern. Check-out: 11:00 AM Eastern. Early check-in and late check-out are not available. Check-ins after 10 pm: $25 fee. After 12 am: $75 fee. Cancellation policy: Firm. Booking is request-based and every request is reviewed before approval. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Deposit: $0.
