Unit rules: This is a 420 friendly vacation rental in Miami, Florida. Cannabis consumption is welcome outside only, in the home's outdoor areas. Never inside the house. Please keep quiet hours, respect the neighbors, and follow Florida law. Welcome to Villa Oasis, a remodeled 5-bedroom Miami villa made for slow afternoons and big groups. This professionally furnished home sleeps 12 across 5 bedrooms and 8 beds, with 3 full bathrooms. Spend your days sipping cocktails by the beautiful private pool, surrounded by gorgeous colorful trees with plenty of lounge seating around. Inside, the oversized open kitchen and dining area keep everyone together, and the private movie theater handles the evenings. Private parking is included. The location is central to everything: about 15 minutes to the Fort Lauderdale airport, 20 minutes to Hollywood beach, and 15 minutes to Hard Rock Stadium. Bedroom layout: master bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom, bedroom 2 with a queen bed, bedroom 3 with 2 triple bunk beds, bedroom 4 with a queen bed, bedroom 5 with a king bed. Guest Requirements: All guests must submit valid IDs before arrival (no check-in otherwise). Check-in: 4:00 PM Eastern. Check-out: 11:00 AM Eastern. Early check-in and late check-out are not available. Check-ins after 10 pm: $25 fee. After 12 am: $75 fee. Cancellation policy: Firm. Booking is request-based and every request is reviewed before approval. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Deposit: $0.
