Unit rules: This is a 420 friendly vacation rental in Miami, Florida. Cannabis consumption is welcome outside only, in the home's outdoor areas. Never inside the house. Please keep quiet hours, respect the neighbors, and follow Florida law. Welcome to Villa Unique, an astounding Miami mansion furnished to an impeccable standard. This is the ideal retreat for an exquisite, upscale stay with your whole crew: 5 bedrooms, 11 beds, and 5 bathrooms, sleeping 12 in luxury linens and premium mattresses. Why go to the beach when you have a resort-style tropical oasis out back? The yard will leave you in awe: a large swimming pool, poolside dining area, and your own private disco room. Add a private movie theater, massage room, private gym, and pool table, and you may never leave the property. Bedroom layout: master bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and lake view; room 2 with 2 queen beds and private bathroom; room 3 with a queen bed; room 4 with 2 twin beds; room 5 with 2 queen beds and a bunk bed. House rule: no visitors allowed without the host's permission. Guest Requirements: All guests must submit valid IDs before arrival (no check-in otherwise). Check-in: 4:00 PM Eastern. Check-out: 11:00 AM Eastern. Early check-in and late check-out are not available. Check-ins after 10 pm: $25 fee. After 12 am: $75 fee. Cancellation policy: Firm. Booking is request-based and every request is reviewed before approval. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Deposit: $0.
