Unit rules: This is a 420 friendly vacation rental in Miami, Florida. Cannabis consumption is welcome outside only, on the covered patio, by the pool, or in the yard. Never inside the house. Please respect quiet hours, the neighbors, and Florida law. Welcome to Miami Mansion Vibe, a 2018 built 8 bedroom, 5 bathroom mansion made for big family stays and group trips, sleeping up to 16 guests. The bedrooms are set up with king beds and pairs of queen beds, 10 beds in total, and the home has a modern look with plenty of room for the whole group to spread out. Outside is where this home shines: a private pool, a large covered patio, a basketball court, a pickleball court, and a spacious soccer field, plus an outdoor grill and garden space for long afternoons together. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make group meals easy, and the home also includes a washer and dryer, fast Wifi, TVs, a fireplace, and free parking on the premises. You are close to Dolphin Mall and Miami International Airport, with Downtown Miami, Brickell, Wynwood, Midtown, the Design District, and Miami Beach all within easy reach. Important Note About the Neighborhood This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet hours run from 9 PM to 8 AM, and outdoor spaces and the pool cannot be used during quiet hours. Loud music and parties are not allowed at any time. This property is suitable for families only, and the guest booking must be 21 or older. Guest Requirements: All guests must submit valid IDs before arrival (no check-in otherwise). Check-in: 4:00 PM Eastern. Check-out: 11:00 AM Eastern. Early check-in and late check-out are not available. Check-ins after 10 pm: $25 fee. After 12 am: $75 fee. Pool heating is available as an add-on at $50 per day, paid separately. Cancellation policy: Firm. Booking is request-based and every request is reviewed before approval. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Deposit: $0.
