HOUSE RULES FOR A 420-FRIENDLY STAY This is a 420 friendly vacation rental in Miami, and this cannabis-friendly condo on the 17th floor welcomes responsible adult guests. The unit rules are straightforward: cannabis consumption is allowed outside only, on the balcony or terrace areas. Never inside the unit. Quiet hours and all building rules apply at all times, and we ask every guest to follow Florida law. Take it outside, keep it discreet, and enjoy the city views. This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the 17th floor offers the perfect combination of space and comfort in the heart of Downtown Miami. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the open-concept kitchen comes fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Central air conditioning and an in-unit washer and dryer add to the comfort. Step out to resort-style amenities: a swimming pool, a rooftop terrace with bar and social lounge, and a fitness center. You are steps from top attractions, restaurants, and shops, with easy access to Brickell and Miami Beach. Please note there are no daily resort fees. The building does not offer on-site parking; parking is available for $20 per day at the Miami Parking Authority Courthouse. Key fobs cost $50 plus an admin fee if lost. THE FINE PRINT Check-in is at 4:00 PM Eastern and check-out at 11:00 AM Eastern. A one-time cleaning fee of $125 applies per stay, and the refundable security deposit is $0. Cancellation is Firm: full refund until 30 days before check-in, partial refund after that. No parties or events. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and emergency exits on site.
