UNIT RULES (please read before booking): This home is 420-friendly for responsible adults. Any consumption must happen outside only, and never inside the apartment. Quiet hours and all building rules apply at all times, and every guest is expected to follow Florida law. No parties or events, no smoking or vaping indoors, and no exceptions for unregistered visitors. Guests who break these unit rules may be asked to leave without a refund. Perched on the 25th floor in the heart of downtown Miami, this brand-new one bedroom apartment puts the city's best restaurants, bars, and nightlife within easy walking distance. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and frame sweeping skyline views, while the open layout flows from the fully equipped kitchen into the dining and living areas. Inside the unit you will find a King-size bed with generous storage in the bedroom, a living room sofa that converts into a second bed for extra guests, a full kitchen with modern appliances for cooking real meals, an in-unit washer and dryer, and central air conditioning that keeps the space cool on warm Miami days. The fresh, modern bathroom comes with hot water and all the essentials. The building brings the resort feel: take a dip in the resort-style pool, work out in the fully equipped gym, or head up to the rooftop terrace with its bar and social lounge for sunset drinks over the city lights. Access is simple with self check-in, key fobs, elevator, and secure entry. Getting around could not be easier. You are steps from downtown dining and nightlife, the Brightline station, and the Metromover, with Brickell, Wynwood, and South Beach a short ride away. Please note there is no free on-site parking; paid parking is available nearby for about $20 per day at the Miami Parking Authority Courthouse garage. GOOD TO KNOW: Check-in is at 4:00 PM Eastern and check-out is at 11:00 AM Eastern, with easy self check-in. A $125 cleaning fee applies to every stay. No pets, no parties or events, and no smoking indoors. A valid photo ID is required from every guest before arrival, and check-in cannot be completed without it. Late arrivals pay a $25 check-in fee after 10:00 PM and $75 after midnight. Early check-in and late check-out are not available. The Firm cancellation policy applies.
