Unit rules for our 420-friendly guests: consumption is welcome outside the unit only, such as on the balcony. Please never consume inside the apartment. Quiet hours and all building rules apply at all times, and we ask every guest to follow Florida law. Welcome to the Brickell Vibe: a bright and modern 7th-floor retreat in the heart of Brickell, one of Miami's most exciting neighborhoods for a vacation rental. Step out to top-rated restaurants, cafes, shopping, entertainment, and business centers, all just moments from your door. Brickell City Centre, downtown Miami, and major transit options are all close by, making this an ideal home base for work trips, weekend escapes, or longer stays. Inside the apartment you will find a comfortable king-size bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals at home. The residence building offers an elevator and a paid parking garage for added convenience. Good to know before you book: check-in starts at 4:00 PM Eastern and check-out is at 11:00 AM Eastern. Valid IDs are required from all guests before arrival; we cannot complete check-in without them. A $25 late check-in fee applies after 10:00 PM, and $75 after 12:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit and carries a $300 fine. House parties and events are not permitted. Lost fob keys carry a $75 replacement fee and lost key cards a $25 fee. A $125 cleaning fee applies to every stay, and extra cleaning charges may apply if the unit is left in unreasonable condition.
