A NOTE ON OUR 420-FRIENDLY POLICY This unit is 420 friendly, and the rules of the unit are simple. Cannabis use is permitted outside only, on the balcony and in outdoor areas of the unit. Smoking or vaping of any kind inside the unit is never allowed. Please be considerate of neighbors, honor quiet hours and building common area rules, and follow Florida law at all times. THE UNIT Welcome to a bright and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at Ocean Reserve in Sunny Isles Beach, a top pick for a Miami beach vacation, a Sunny Isles Beach vacation rental, and a family friendly Florida beach getaway. The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, the second bedroom offers two full size beds, and the home sleeps six guests in comfort. Both full bathrooms have showers. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen, gather around the dining table for six, and unwind in the comfortable living room with a sofa and TV, or step onto the private balcony for sunshine and ocean breezes. An in unit washer and dryer make longer stays easy and stress free. BUILDING HIGHLIGHTS Ocean Reserve is a resort style building with a large pool with lounge chairs and cabanas, tennis courts, and a fitness center. One complimentary parking space is included, and elevator access makes arrivals simple. LOCATION The beach is just across Collins Avenue, and Heritage Park is directly across the street with playgrounds and open green spaces for family fun. Aventura Mall, shopping, and dining are about a five minute drive away, with Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, and North Miami Beach close by. Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale Airport are about 25 minutes away. GOOD TO KNOW Check in is 4:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM. Self check in is available. No parties or events. A one time resort fee is collected at check in by the building. This is a fully licensed short term rental with the City of Sunny Isles Beach.
