Welcome to Las Olas Vibe, a modern and fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Fort Lauderdale, perfectly set up for up to 4 guests. HOUSE RULES AND 420 POLICY: This is a 420 friendly home and cannabis is part of the house rules. Smoking and cannabis use are permitted outside the unit only, in the outdoor areas of the property. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the unit. Please be discreet, be respectful of neighbors, and keep all cannabis products stored safely and out of reach of children and pets. Extra cleaning or odor remediation charges may apply if smoking happens indoors. THE SPACE: Relax in the open plan living and dining area with comfortable seating, a dining table for four, a TV, and fast WiFi, ideal for streaming, remote work, or planning your Fort Lauderdale adventures. The full kitchen is ready for real cooking with a stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and cookware and tableware for everyday meals. Both bedrooms feature a comfortable queen bed, fresh bed linens, and closet space, giving couples, families, and groups of friends room to unwind. The bathroom offers a large walk in rainfall shower, fresh towels, and everyday toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel, plus a hair dryer. GOOD TO KNOW: Self check in with a keypad makes arrival easy. One free parking space is included for one vehicle, and all guests must send a photo ID before check in. There is a 2 night minimum stay. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Stay minutes from Las Olas Boulevard, famous for dining, cafes, boutiques, galleries, and nightlife, and close to downtown Fort Lauderdale, the New River, the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, and the Brightline station. Fort Lauderdale Beach, the Intracoastal Waterway, water taxis, boat tours, and Port Everglades are a short drive away, and Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport is also an easy drive, making this a smart base for beach days, cruises, festivals, business trips, and sunny South Florida getaways.
