This spacious one bedroom condo sleeps four guests with two queen beds in one large bedroom, a walk in closet, a full bathroom and an extra half bath for added convenience. Relax in the open living and dining area with seating for four, step out to the private balcony for ocean breezes and outdoor seating, and enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster plus cookware, dishes and utensils for meals at home. The building offers a swimming pool and gym and the beach is right here with beach chairs and an umbrella provided for your stay. You will also find a washer and dryer, fast WiFi and broadband internet, TV with cable, air conditioning and central heating, an elevator and high ceilings throughout. Please note the building may have ongoing construction with possible noise between 8 AM and 5 PM. Paid parking is available through the building and the building charges a separate electronic key fob fee at check in that is not included in the reservation. A three night minimum stay applies.
