Please do not smoke or vape cannabis inside the unit. Please be considerate of neighbors, keep balcony use relaxed and clean up after each session. Inside the unit you will find a plush king bed in the bedroom, which opens to the balcony, a comfortable sofa bed in the living room for 2 extra guests, a modern bathroom with a shower, and an open plan kitchen, living and dining area that is ideal for meals, movie nights and remote work. The fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer and dryer and fast Wifi make longer stays easy. At the resort, enjoy the 9th level pool with towels, cabanas and chaise lounges, the 24 hour state of the art fitness center, beach service with 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella and beach towels, a 24 hour business center and PressReader access. The beach is right outside, with Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, dining and nightlife nearby, and easy trips to Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale and Miami Beach. Please note this is a partial ocean view, not oceanfront. Resort and parking charges are billed separately by the resort on arrival and are not included in your booking total.
