Wellness and 420 friendly home rules come first: this is a 420 friendly stay for responsible adults, and smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the unit. Please enjoy smoking outside only, on the private balcony, and keep the interior smoke free at all times. Minimum stay: 30 nights. This 5th floor monthly rental at Alexander Tower is made for long stays, seasonal visits, remote work, and relaxed beach living in Hollywood Beach, a classic stretch of the South Florida coast between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, ideal for Miami beach vacation and long stay travelers. The bedroom has two queen beds and an en suite bathroom, and there is a second guest bathroom off the hallway. The open living and dining area has a sofa bed, a dining table for four, a flat screen TV, and sliding doors to the private balcony with Intracoastal Waterway and city views. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, plus cookware and dishes for real home cooking during a long stay. Fast WiFi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to work by the beach. The oceanfront building offers a pool, hot tub, gym, and sauna, and the sand is right by the building on South Ocean Drive. Free parking is available across the street. The building charges a one time 25 dollar per person facilities bracelet fee on arrival. Please note the condominium is completing a concrete and balcony renewal project, so construction work may take place on weekdays between 9 AM and 5 PM. Check in is 4 PM and check out is 11 AM. All guests must be registered with the building before arrival, house parties are not allowed, and building rules must be respected.
