BRICKELL 420 POLICY: PLEASE READ FIRST This 32nd floor Brickell residence is a 420 friendly vacation rental in Miami, and this cannabis friendly condo welcomes responsible adults. The 420 rules for this unit: cannabis consumption is allowed outside only, on the private balcony. Never inside the unit. Quiet hours and Icon Brickell building policies apply at all times, and all guests must follow Florida law. Welcome to High Rise Vibe, a modern one bedroom condo on the 32nd floor of the exclusive Icon Brickell building on Brickell Avenue in downtown Miami. Wake up to sweeping bay and skyline views, relax in an open living and dining area connected to a full kitchen, and sleep in a king bed in the primary bedroom. The full bathroom offers double entry and a bathtub, and the unit includes a flat screen TV, high speed WiFi, and an in unit washer and dryer. Guests have access to Icon Brickell amenities, including the spa, pool deck, hot tub, and fitness facilities, plus four on site restaurants including Cipriani, with the same amenities as the W Hotel next door. Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, Bayfront Park, and the Miami Riverwalk are all close by, making this an ideal base for vacation travelers, couples, and business guests exploring Brickell and downtown Miami. IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THE POOL AND CONSTRUCTION The swimming pool is currently under renovation. At this time, it is open only on weekends and remains closed during weekdays, and it may also close on weekends. Please request the latest updates before your stay. Construction is ongoing, so there may be noise and people working in the lobby. GUEST REQUIREMENTS AND PARKING All guests must submit photo IDs before arrival, and check in will not be granted otherwise. Check ins after 10 pm are subject to a late fee, with a higher fee after midnight. Parking is not included. Valet is available at Icon Brickell and at the W Hotel next door, and metered parking and a garage at 701 Brickell are available nearby. HOUSE RULES Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM. No parties or events. A one time cleaning fee applies per stay. Cancellation is Firm.
