Intracoastal Mansion Vibe | Cinema, Dock and Heated Pool HOUSE RULES AND 420 POLICY (please read first) This is a 420-friendly home outdoors. Cannabis is welcome on the patios, the pool deck, the dock and in the backyard. No smoking of any kind inside the house, and that rule is strictly enforced. Be respectful of the neighbors, keep noise down outdoors at night, and leave no trace behind. THE HOME An 8,500 square foot waterfront mansion on the Intracoastal Waterway in Hollywood, Florida, made for big groups who want resort days without leaving the house. Eight bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, and room for 16 or more guests, with a heated pool, hot tub, private dock, cinema room, outdoor kitchen and a fully fenced backyard. Outside, the pool deck runs along the back of the house: heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor kitchen and BBQ, hammock and lounge space, plus a playground area for the kids. The private dock sits right on the Intracoastal, and guests can dock a watercraft during their stay (an additional charge may apply, and Broward County safe boating guidance applies). Inside, there are two living rooms with water views, a cinema room with theater seating and its own half bathroom, a game room with a pool table and ping pong, and a full chef's kitchen with a dining room that seats the whole group. THE BEDROOMS (13 beds) Bedroom 1: 1 king bed Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed Bedroom 4: 2 queen beds Bedroom 5: 1 king bed Bedroom 6: 2 queen beds Bedroom 7: 1 king bed Bedroom 8: 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4) Six full bathrooms, plus the half bathroom in the cinema room. GOOD TO KNOW Check-in is 4 PM and checkout is 11 AM. Pets are welcome. Parking is in the driveway for up to four cars; the city tows additional vehicles, so plan rideshares for extra cars. Pool heating is available for a small fee, and the heater may not run when the outside temperature drops too low. Exterior security cameras face outward for nighttime security and never face the interior or any private area. The exact street address is shared after booking, as with most whole-home rentals. THE NEIGHBORHOOD A quiet, family-friendly residential pocket of Hollywood, about a 10 minute walk to Hollywood Beach and the Broadwalk. Gulfstream Park Racing and Casino is about 10 minutes by car, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino about 19 minutes, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport about 20 minutes, and Downtown Miami about 30 minutes.
