Perfect for couples, solo travelers, business guests, and extended stays looking for the true Miami downtown experience. THE SPACE: This comfortable one bedroom, one bathroom condo sleeps up to four guests. The bedroom features a king-size bed with fresh linens, and the living room offers a full-size sofa bed plus a comfortable contemporary seating area. The full bathroom comes stocked with essentials including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body soap. Floor to ceiling windows bring in natural light and open city views. INSIDE THE UNIT: Fully equipped modern kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, blender, hot water kettle, toaster, and all cooking basics including pots, pans, a baking sheet, oil, salt, and pepper. In-unit washer, dedicated workspace with high speed WiFi and ethernet, TV, and air conditioning. Hair dryer, iron, hangers, extra pillows and blankets, and cleaning products included. Self check-in for easy arrival. ACCESS RULES: Check-in 4:00 PM Eastern, check-out 11:00 AM Eastern. Maximum 4 guests. Self check-in. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking inside. Quiet hours apply per building policy. The building requires pre-registration: all guests must submit photo IDs at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Valid IDs from all guests are required before arrival. Late check-in fees: $25 for check-in after 10:00 PM, $75 for check-in after 12:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available. Please respect building security and common areas. FEES AND POLICIES: One-time cleaning fee of $125 per stay. No resort fee. Refundable deposit $0. No extra guest fee. Firm cancellation policy. Paid parking options available: valet parking at the building (up to 1 hour $15, 1 to 2 hours $20, 2 to 6 hours $30, daily maximum $45 plus taxes and fees; special event rates may apply), or the nearby Miami Worldcenter Parking Garage at 652 NE 2nd Ave (rates from $9 to $37 for 24 hours, 7 day maximum stay).
